Unemployment or Paid Family Leave (PFL) from the State of CA
Profit and Loss Statement for your Business
Rental Income
Retirement Income, such as Form 1099R or Social Security Benefits
Casino Winnings
Student Loan Interest Paid
FOR NEW CLIENTS, please bring in a copy of last years tax return.
And any other type of income, whether or not you believe you need to report it, and our office can see if it is taxable or not.

Child Care Paid, with Name of Provider, Address where the care was given, Social Security Number or Federal ID Number and Phone Number.
Education Paid for College Students, for books, supplies and registration, with name of College, address and the Form 1098T.

Form 1098, showing the Mortgage Interest Paid, for each loan.
Property Taxes paid
Car Registration Fees
Medical Expenses paid during the year.
If you purchased a new vehicle, the purchase papers.

If you purchased or refinanced the mortgage, the Settlement Statement given to you by the Title Company.
