We at Americas Income Tax are a Family. We work together as a Family, and we treat our clients as Family!
Americas Income Tax is located at 1430 Guerneville Road, Ste E-5, Santa Rosa, CA. 95403. We have been in the same location since 1983, where Efrain Jovel was the only one preparing income taxes there; now his wife, and two daughters help him prepare income taxes. We have 5 experienced preparers specializing in differents aspects of the preparation of income taxes. Of the 5 preparers, 2 of them are Enrolled Agents, licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. We also have 2 other employee's that have been with us for years that help manage the Electronic Filing Department and the Front Desk. All of our employee's are bilingual, so that we can help both English and Spanish Speaking Clients.

We have been offering FREE ELECTRONIC FILING since 2001, and will continue to do so, in order to help our clients receive their refunds faster. We understand that times are tough, and so we also offer, through Refund Advantage, a way to pay for your Tax Preparation Fee with your refund.
We don't charge for any questions you might have regarding your taxes and we are open year round for any questions you may have or any letters you may get.
Our Hours:
During Tax Season our office hours are Monday - Saturday, from 9am - 7pm, and on Sundays, from 9am - 5pm. We are open everyday and stay later than normal, because we understand that people work all different hours and we want to be there to help you with the preparation of your income taxes.
After Tax Season our office hours are Monday - Friday, from 9am - 530pm, and we close on Saturday and Sundays. We do come in on the weekends, by appointment, if there is an emergency for our clients.
